The driving force behind the "Bama'ale HaDerech" program is our team, with each member bringing knowledge, passion, and a commitment to empowering young people and creating meaningful change. Every team member is dedicated to fulfilling the organization's vision, combining experience, professionalism, and the ability to build genuine and impactful connections with participants. Together, we work to guide the next generation of leaders and inspire them in a positive and empowering way.

Nimrod Palmah
Founding Chairman
40 years old from Jerusalem. A Major (Res.) and former commander of a combat unit. Previously served as CEO of the Ein Prat Leadership Academy and CEO of Israeli-Is, an organization at the forefront of advocacy for Israel. For his outstanding contributions, Nimrod was recognized in 2023 as one of Israel’s Heroes of the Year by Globes and in 2024 as one of the Visionaries of the Year by The Jerusalem Post group.
Nimrod’s driving force is to lead a life of giving, joy, and love, both personally and professionally.

Alon Ratzon
CEO of the Organization
28 years old, living in Tel Aviv with his partner, Dana. A social entrepreneur and a Major (Res.) in Shayetet 13, where he served as a combat team commander. He was involved in establishing a leadership program in Bat Yam and founded the "Time To Thrive" camp for youth in the Gaza border communities.
Currently a multidisciplinary social sciences student at Bar-Ilan University, he loves traveling around Israel, climbing, running, and staying active. Passionate about creating and connecting with people—heart to heart.

Tom Ben Nisan
Operations Manager
Living in Be'er Sheva, a student of Economics at Ben-Gurion University. Former COO of "CannArava" and currently founding a student-led AI consulting organization.

Aya Amit
Program Coordinator at the Sha'ar HaNegev Hub
25 years old, originally from Moshav Ein Iron. Currently a Social Work student in Be'er Sheva. She completed a Service Year with the Bnei HaMoshavim youth movement in northern Israel.
During her military service, she served as an Operations Officer in the Nahal. After her service, she worked as an instructor in the pre-military academy of the "Shahar" association.

Yuval Harel
Program Coordinator at the Eshkol Hub
24 years old, originally from Merom Golan. Currently a Social Work student in Be'er Sheva. She completed a Service Year at Ahava Boarding School, a post-hospitalization therapeutic facility.
During her military service, she served as a commander at Mechva Alon.
After her service, she worked in informal education, guiding children and youth.
