בין בני נוער ערכיים, עם תחושת שליחות ורצון לעבור תהליך משמעותי לבין קהילת ניר עוז שחוותה מכה קשה ב-7 באוקטובר,
ועדיין מטפלת בפצעים,
הוא חיבור שיש בו פוטנציאל של תקווה ושיקום.המכינה רואה לנגד עיניה את טובת הקיבוץ ותושביו ופועלת למען מטרה זו,
ובנוסף נותנת מקום להתפתחות וצמיחה של החניכים תוך כדי עשיה, לימוד וחווית חיים קבוצתית.

גיבוש זהות ותחושת מסוגלות
המכינה מהווה מרחב בו כל חניך/ה יכול/ה לחוות מסע פנימי וקבוצתי של גילוי עצמי, בירור ערכים ושאיפות, חיזוק האמונה העצמית ביכולות ובכוחות הפנימיים להתמודד עם אתגרים ומשימות מורכבות על בסיס התנסויות ורכישת מיומנויות.

לאחר ההרשמה באתר המכינות שלח אליכם שאלון אישי כדי שנוכל להכיר אותכם
שלב ד׳- ראיון אישי
בשלב זה נרצה להכיר אותכם לעומק, נזמין אתכם שוב לקיבוץ לעבור ראיון עם אחד אנשי הצוות שלנו
שלב א׳- הרשמה
שלב ג׳- יום מיון בניר עוז
יום מיון אצלנו בקיבוץ הכולל סיור, טעימה משיעור במכינה ודינמיקה קבוצתית שתעזור לכם להכיר אותנו ואותנו אתכם
שלב ה׳- סגירת מחזור
בשלב זה עליכם ועלינו לסמן דירוגים מול מועצת המכינות, רק לאחר פרסום דירוג מועצת המכינות תקבלו תשובה סופית
תכנית הלימודים שלנו
שנת המכינה בנויה משבועות מכינה, בהם מגיעים מרצים לקיבוץ, עוברים שיעורי חניך, מתאמנים יחד לקראת השירות והחניכים לוקחים חלק בעשייה קהילתית.
לארוך השנה ישנם גם סמינרים וסדרות שטח- בהם תצא המכינה לשבוע חוץ, אשר בבנייתי מעורבים צוות חניכים אשר מחליט יחד את מי נפגוש, איפה נעבור, מה נאכל ואיפה נישן, הסדרה בידיים שלהם.
